Mukuro feigns weak and frightened eyes, her voice quiverring and hiking up several pitches seemingly out of fear; that is the normal response of an innocent and weak school girl who's just leapt through time. And unless this is a gross joke played on her by her sister, it would seem that that's what's happened because the man in front of her is dressed head to toe in traditional Japanese garb. Her gaze lingers just ever so slightly on the book (any clue? No? Damn.) before she widens her eyes to further her act.
