Two Days. It had been that long since a young photographer had last slept. For him, just two days may well have been an eternity.
Initially, Joker had tried to stop Tsukasa from taking part in the mission, worried that he might do something that he'd later regret. He just looked at him with no words, until the pilot finally relented. There was nothing on this World that would keep him from this rescue.
And then, they arrived, moving quickly to connect to a docking port and then breach it with a large shaped charge. The enemies were waiting there for them, armed and ready for a fight...and the only thing that they heard before the blackness overtook them was a simulated voice saying, "Attack Ride: Clock Up".
Decade, the Destroyer of Worlds was there, and he was going to get Shepard back.
