[Zhang Liao sees in Ling Qi himself when he was younger, maybe even more so. The idolization she has of Lu Bu as the ultimate warrior is further empowered by her family ties with him; to her, she probably sees not a beast of chaos but a father that fights to protect, to create a home for her and all of the Lu forces. And of course everyone's hear of Tsao Tsao's...war trophies. Not only Lady Ling Qi, but Lady Diaochan as well...these two would definitely be dragged off to join the range of women in the inner palace, forced to serve Tsao Tsao for the rest of their lives. The thought makes his stomach twist and is enough to spark some of his old fighting spirit.
